i don't agree with his seatbelt theory. younger drivers nowadays SHOULD be putting their seatbelts on without even thinking because of the laws put in place when we were younger. i have been putting my seatbelt on habitually ever since i can remember, and every young driver i've ever seen has had their seatbelt on. i want to know where this individual got his information.
