2 Packets Of Brownie Mix
100g Pecan Nuts, Chopped
100g White Chocolate, Chopped
Vanilla Ice Cream, Slightly Softened
200g Dark Chocolate, Melted
200g Chopped Hazelnuts, To Decorate
Sugar Sprinkles, To Decorate
STEP 1: MAKE THE BROWNIES
Make the brownies according to packet instructions. Mix in the white chocolate and pecans and split between two lined baking trays before cooking.
STEP 2: BUILD THE SANDWICH
Once cooked, allow the brownie layers to cool. Then place thin slices of vanilla ice cream to cover one of the brownie layers. Then sandwich with the other brownie layer. Place in the freezer for a minimum of three hours.
STEP 3: DECORATE
Slice into individual sandwiches. Then dip into melted dark chocolate and coat with sprinkles or chopped hazelnuts. Freeze again for one hour. Then, enjoy!
