These pizza rolls are best made for sharing, especially if you’re not worried about the calories. What’s best is you can stuff them with your favourite pizza toppings – we’ve gone with pepperoni.
2 packets of ready-made pizza dough
200ml Italian passata
250g Mozzarella Cheese
24 Slices of Pepperoni
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Basil
1tsp Garlic Salt
100g Plain Flour
Oil for Greasing Tin
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Combine the pizza dough and the water in bowl and bring together.
Roll out dough on a floured surfaced into a good rectangle, cut away edges.
Spread passata on to base, season with oregano, basil, garlic salt and pepper.
Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
Starting with at the end nearest you, roll dough into a tight log.
Slice into as many portions as you like, sprinkle top with cheese.
Place on lightly greased pan and bake for 15-25 mins. Dependent on size rolls.
