Admitted to the bar in 1977, Howard Gould is Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and a past president of the Columbia University Alumni Association of Southern California. Mr. Gould has lectured and educated other lawyers on the subject of neighbor vs. neighbor disputes and frequently served as an expert witness in matters involving real estate.
