For 25 years, Sugar and Spice Cakes has been one of the places to go to in Southern California for amazing wedding cakes. Executive Pastry Chef Abbey Zegar heads the Sugar and Spice creative baking team. While Chef Zegar’s inspiration comes from a variety of sources, her training came from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking program at the California School of Culinary Arts.
