Dr. Joanne Mortimer

USEX0303 Expert Medical Oncologist www.coh.org Dr. Joanne Mortimer has a wealth of experience in cancer research and patient care. For the past 25 years, she has conducted clinical research trials for breast cancer, taught at several universities and held several senior cancer research management positions around the country. Currently, Dr. Mortimer is the Vice Chair of the Department of Medical Oncology at The City of Hope Cancer Center and is a member of the Oncologic Drug Advisory Committee of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Mortimer discusses the common myths about cancer and separates truth from fiction.
