USEX0309 Expert Medical Marijuana Doctor Dr. David Ostrow is the founder and director of the Medical Marijuana Policy Advocacy Project. MMPAP is working to get organized medicine to take a stronger stand on both the protection of medical marijuana patients from federal prosecution in those 13 states with legalized medical marijuana programs; and to expand opportunities for scientific research on medical marijuana.
