JEF GAZLEY, M.S., LMFT, LPC, LISAC, DCC has practiced hypnosis and counseling for over thirty-three years and is the owner operator of www.asktheinternettherapist.com since 1998 and www.hypnosistapes4health.com since 2004. He is the author of eight mental health educational videos and mental health DVDs, numerous hypnosis tapes and hypnosis CDs, and is currently writing a book on Distance Counseling and another book on Tri-Brain Trauma Therapy, which is the theory he has developed.
His hobbies include music, and a love for all sports (he's an expert fencer). His favorite readings are history, biographies, and Russian authors. Jef resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his partner, Jan, and three cats.
