Protein & Berry Pancakes Recipe l Joe Wicks, The Body Coach

Check out this healthy way to start the day with The Body Coach, Joe Wicks! These protein pancakes are the best, healthy alternative for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Large Banana
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Large tsp Coconut Oil
25g Whey Protein
1 Handful of Bluberries
1 Handful of Raspberries
Drizzle of Honey
Dollop of Greek Yoghurt

STEP 1: MIX INGREDIENTS
Mash the banana up in a bowl until smooth. Add a scoop of whey, 1 egg and a drop of vanilla extract.

STEP 2: ADD PANCAKES TO FRYING PAN
Melt some coconut oil in a frying pan set over a high heat and then spoon your mixture into the pan to make your pancakes. Flip halfway through cooking. Keep going until all your batter has been used up.

STEP 3: GARNISH WITH BERRIES
Top with fresh berries, Greek yogurt and drizzle over some honey.
