Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Don’t throw out those pumpkin seeds yet, because we have delicious pumpkin seed recipe for you to try.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pumpkin
100 g Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Grind of Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil

STEP 1: REMOVE SEEDS
Preheat oven to 170C. Scoop out the inside of your pumpkin, and separate seeds from pulp as best you can.

STEP 2: PREPARE AND SEASON SEEDS
In a bowl, toss the seeds with 2 tbsp of olive oil and the seasonings. Make sure all the seeds are coated evenly.

STEP 3: ROAST SEEDS
Spread seeds in one even layer across a greased baking sheet and bake for around 30 mins or until the seeds are golden brown, stiring occasionally to make sure they bake evenly.
