How To Make The Perfect Bloody Mary

Fix your hangovers this party season with a Bloody Mary – or two.

INGREDIENTS:
50 ml Vodka
1 Lemon
1/2 Lemon Squeezed
6 Dashes Of Worcestershire Sauce
3 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
150 ml Tomato Juice
Celery salt and freshly ground black pepper for rim

METHOD:

STEP 1:
Crack black pepper and salt onto plate.

STEP 2:
Put Worcestershire sauce sauce onto other plate, roll glass in sauce. Then roll glass around in salt and pepper.

STEP 3:
Place the ice into a tall glass and add the vodka.

STEP 4:
Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and tomato juice. Stir well.

STEP 5:
Adjust the seasoning, to taste, with as small bit salt and pepper and serve.
