Simple Cheesy Pasta Recipe

Chef Paul Ellis shows you how to cook pasta with a delicious cheesy sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
• 200g dried pasta (cooked)
• 150ml double cream
• 100g grated cheddar cheese
• ½ tsp English mustard
• Grated cheese
• Black pepper

METHOD:
• Cook your pasta al dente and put to one side for at least five minutes
• Add the cream to a hot pan
• Whilst the cream is hot, add the mustard and mix in
• Add the cheddar cheese to melt
• Mix everything together
• Add black pepper
• Add the pasta the sauce
• Serve and enjoy!
