CIA History

President Harry Truman formed the CIA with main goal in mind of being able to detect international threats, as opposed to the FBI whose job is to detect threats within our own country. The CIA uses spies, satellites and other means to determine what might be a threat to our national security. So who runs the CIA now? What are the duties of CIA agents and officers?
