Curacao

Curaçao is a liqueur flavoured with the dried peels of the laraha citrus fruit, much like an orange, grown on the island of Curaçao off the Venezuelan coast. It has an orangey flavour, varies in bitterness, and normally blue colouring is added to it to give a tropical look - making it a very popular addition to many different cocktails.
