Feta

Feta is a brined curd cheese made from sheeps milk, but goats milk may also be added. Known for its salty flavour, it makes a great alternative to many other cheeses, and is a key ingredient in a Greek Salad, as our film shows. However, its uses dont just stop there, and as you can see, we have many different recipes where feta cheese is a key ingredient. From pancakes to soup, its a cheese that will a great flavour to whatever dish you want to cook.
