here are many variations of west indian curry sauces, heres some. 1 onoin,2tblspns thyme, 2tsp garlic, 1tsp ginger, salt, 2 tblspns curry powder, 2 cups water. OR 2 cups water, 1 chopped tomato, 1 onion, 2tsp garlic, 2 tblspns curry powder, 1tblspn thyme, 1tsp black pepper. OR 1tsp black pepper, bunch thyme, 1 scoch bonnet pepper,juice 1 lime, 1 pint stock, 3 tblspn curry powder.Cook meat of your choice with these recipes.I would like some recipes for sweet & stewed chicken & other West Indian/Jamaican dishes if anyone has any, as its the most tastiest of food!
