Hi Denzle, i was reading your answer to the curry sauce query and i notice you mention criss dylans curry secrets book which i have and i think is great but can you tell me if the new version is any different to the old version.

Hi Amy, thanks for letting me know, i was wondering, glad you did well with the food. Presentation can be trickiy especially in a test or competition try scetching out your presentation first on pen and paper b 4 you put the food on the plate, alot of chefs use this method when in a competition.

Hi B, only just got your message hope I'm not too late.
Make a chilled gazpacho soup to start ( no cooking needed )
Make paella for the main course only 1 gas ring needed all cooked in 1 pot.
Make summer pudding for dessert (no cooking needed again ) serve with local cream.
Use a local organic white wine to serve or homemade lemonade.
You will find many different versions of these recipes on the net so you should decide which ones to use.
Always use local ingredients in these dishes organic if possible IE-meat/fish veg, bread, cream etc.

Megan,except my appologies as i wasn't aware of this fact,the truth is that that my pc requires caps for my password and quite often i unintentionally forget to change back to lower case,i shall ensure that i refrane from doing this in the future.
