Vampire Chocolate Bark Recipe

With Halloween fast approaching, here’s a fang-tastic recipe to sink your teeth into. Made with white chocolate, vampire teeth sweets and red candy melts, these are guaranteed to go down a treat on October 31st.

INGREDIENTS (makes 12 squares):

  • 200g white chocolate cut into chunks
  • 100g red candy melts
  • 12 vampire teeth sweets (cut in half if needed; use upper teeth)

METHOD:

STEP 1:
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Stir until smooth.

STEP 2:
Add the melted white chocolate to a tray lined with baking parchment or grease-proof paper.
Spread with the back of a spoon to level it out.

STEP 3:
Melt the red candy melts in the microwave at 30 second intervals.

STEP 4:
Add vampire teeth sweets to the white chocolate in a random fashion, then drizzle a little of the red candy melt onto each fang with a teaspoon.

STEP 5:
Set in the freezer for 5 minutes then cut into squares.
