Corn Taco Salad

Yields: 4 to 6 servings Ingredients: 1 cup onion, chopped ½ cup green pepper 1 (16oz.) bag frozen corn, thawed 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. taco seasoning 1 bag chili cheese Fritos, crushed Preparation Directions: ~ In a large bowl mix together onion, green pepper, corn and cheese. ~ In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
