How To Make A Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Episode 231
Things You'll Need:
Store-bought Buffalo sauce
Shredded cheese of your choosing
Frozen precooked breaded or grilled chicken strips
Pizza dough
Cookie or pizza sheet
Instruction:Thaw out your precooked chicken. Be sure to not cook the pieces of chicken, though. Soak the chicken strips in a large bowl of Buffalo sauce for at least an hour.
Spread the pizza dough in either a circular or rectangular shape onto a cookie sheet or, if you have one, a pizza sheet. Be sure to place a sheet of aluminum foil between the sheet and the dough so that the dough does not stick. The size and thickness of your dough can be determined by you when your making your Buffalo chicken pizza.
Once you finished doing this, apply a layer of Buffalo sauce evenly throughout one side of the pizza dough. The amount of Buffalo sauce that is used should be determined by you and how spicy you want your pizza to be.Since you are making Buffalo chicken pizza, you can use whichever type of cheese you prefer on a Buffalo chicken sandwich.
I recommend mozzarella, provolone or cheddar. Whatever cheese you use, sprinkle the shredded cheese onto the dough. Once again, do so evenly throughout the dough.
Cut the chicken strips into bite-sized pieces. Place roughly half of the chicken directly on top of the cheese and the other half onto the dough, covering it with the cheese. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Once your oven is heated, place the Buffalo chicken pizza into the oven. Cook the pizza for 8 to 15 minutes, depending upon how hard you want the crust of the Buffalo chicken pizza to be.
