How To Make Stir Fried Shrimp

-8 shrimps (peeled and deveined)
-6 mushrooms
-1 stalk of celery
-1/4 of a yellow pepper
-6 baby carrots
-1/4 of a lemon
-1/4 of a small onion
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 tsp soy sauce
-pinch of salt
-pinch of pepper
Cut up all the vegetables in 1 inch slices. Heat a frying on high heat and pour in olive oil. Once heated, put in the onion first and then the shrimp. Cook for about 30 seconds, then pour in the rest of the vegetables.
Squeeze lemon juice and add in soy sauce and seasonings. The shrimp is done once it turns pink.
