How To Make Your Own Aluminium Roasting Pan Solar Cooker

This is an easy solar cooker to make. All I used was an oval aluminum roasting pan, posterboard with aluminum foil glued onto it, taped the posterboard onto outside of roasting pan. Put turkey oven bag in roasting pan, place a rack in bag, put black covered pot of food on rack, close bag, aim oven towards sun, let it cook. Oven will need to be adjusted every hour to maintain high temps. Stir food each time you reposition so it won't overcook in one spot.
