Yields: 6 servings Ingredients: 3 cups penne pasta 2 ½ cups broccoli florets 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped 2 cups tomato, chopped ½ lb. deli roast beef slices, cut into strips ½ small red onion, sliced 1 cup Caesar dressing 6 slices provolone cheese, cut into strips Preparation Directions: ~ Cook penne pasta according to instructions on pkg., adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking time; drain.
