Yields: 8 to 10 servings Ingredients: ¾ cup pimiento stuffed olives ¾ cup Giardiniera mix ¼ cup olive oil 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half horizontally 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 tsp. oregano ½ lb. thinly sliced deli meat 4 oz. provolone cheese, sliced Preparation Directions: ~ Preheat oven to 400 degrees. ~ Pulse olives, vegetables, and oil in a food processor until finely chopped. ~ Brush cut sides of the bread with vinegar and sprinkle with oregano.
