Outdoor Exercises: How To Do Triceps Push-Ups

This was another one of the outdoor exercises that you can do with objects that you might find along the way on your run or walk. You can use anything for this exercise as long as it is secure and won't move when you put the weight of your body against it. A park bench would work perfectly for this movement. With a little planning and imagination you should be able to come up with something to use. This is a great exercise to add some intensity to your jog or walk.
