Zucchini Alfredo

Yields: 6 servings Ingredients: 1 (12oz.) pkg. egg noodles, uncooked 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 tsp. minced garlic 4 cups zucchini, grated ½ cup milk 4oz. cream cheese, cubed ½ cup fresh basil, chopped Salt and Pepper to taste Preparation Directions: ~ Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain. ~ Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
